Founded Great Western Resources Inc., a natural resources company, with $820 and grew it to $445,000,000 market capitalization in eight years during the worst downturn (1982 - 90) in the energy business in the last half of the 20th century; Former Chairman of Success Development International, Inc., on Inc. magazine's list of the 500 fastest growing privately held companies in the United States for 1996 (#152) and 1997 (#195).


Creator, author and lecturer on creating and managing explosive growth sponsored by various international universities, organizations and corporations. In 1999 he authored Your First 100 Million, the definitive step-by-step guide to building a conducive atmosphere for business. And in 2009 authored the 2nd edition of Your First 100 Million, in response to the devastating worldwide financial collapse.
